FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for feeding and weighing a solid food product with an adhesive coating, as well as to a head of a weight proportioner. Weight proportioner head comprises a storage bin, wherein said storage bin includes an input end for receiving said solid food product, an outlet end for dispensing said solid food product, feeding device for movement of said solid food product from said inlet end to said outlet end. Besides, it comprises a receiver for weighing said solid food product and a receiver holder for supporting said receiver, wherein said receiver is located under said outlet end, as well as actuator for rotation of said receiver in angular direction so that said second edge turns to said edge of scraper, and said solid food product is discharged from said receiver.
EFFECT: technical result is providing technologies for weighing, collection and distribution of solid food products with sticky coatings.
