Each of the pick-up devices has an entrance for receiving a batch of solid food products, feeding the tube to feed the pickle portion of the marinade to the marinating apparatus, a means for mechanically affecting a batch of solid foods and a serving of marinade and an output for removing a batch of solid foods together with a marinade portion. Also, the system contains a packaging station for packaging the product into individual packaging. And said food processing system comprises a conveying system for providing, for the weighing system, the possibility of feeding a batch of solid food product to said various marinating apparatuses.
EFFECT: system provides a relatively clean and hygienic food product.
