SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of encoding video. Method includes: encoding of input image into coded component image; recovering, as part of said encoding, a decoded constituent image corresponding to the encoded constituent image; encoding a spatial region into an encoded tile, including: determining a horizontal offset and vertical offset indicating for an anchor position of said spatial region within the decoded constituent image; encoding horizontal displacement and vertical shift; determining that prediction packet in position of first horizontal coordinate and first vertical coordinate of said encoded tile is predicted with respect to anchor position of region, wherein the first horizontal coordinate and the first vertical coordinate are horizontal and vertical coordinates, respectively, within said spatial region; indicating that said prediction packet predicts with respect to anchor position of prediction packet, that is relative to said horizontal and vertical displacements.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of video encoding.
