SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a fuel cell system. Fuel cell system comprises: fuel cell, which has inlet and outlet for reagent gas; first injector device for periodical injection of reagent gas; second and third injection devices for continuous injection of reagent gas; ejector having ejector opening for reagent gas from first or second injector device and outlet; a first flow channel connecting the inlet opening and the ejector opening; a second flow channel for directing reagent gas from the third injector device to the first flow passage past the ejector; and a control device which performs heating by injection of the third injector device, injects the second injector device and injects the first injector device after completion of heating.
EFFECT: liquid discharge remains in ejector after fuel element heating.
