SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication and more specifically to a method of transmitting data. Terminal device determines first transmission power for uplink data, wherein first transmission power is less or equal to second transmission power, and the second transmission power is the transmission power determined by the terminal device according to the interference immunity of the terminal device; terminal device determines first modulation and coding scheme (MCS) for uplink data according to first transmission power; and the terminal device sends the uplink data to the network device according to the first MCS.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increase of successful attempts of data transfer during operation of terminal device simultaneously on two or more carriers in different frequency ranges.
