SUBSTANCE: systems and methods of a driver on demand (ODD) are described. Method includes generating, using an ODD system, a software key for a vehicle, associated with agreement between driver (DIN) and ODD, monitoring, using ODD system, location of ODD device carried by ODD, and transmitting, using the ODD system, the software key to the ODD device when it is detected that the ODD device is near the vehicle. In the method, the program key is used to unlock the vehicle.
EFFECT: invention allows vehicle owner to give access to it to other driver, when owner cannot control it himself, without necessity of own presence of owner.
