FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing nanocapsules of dihydroquercetin in guar gum, in which dihydroquercetin is added to a suspension of guar gum in isoheptane in the presence of glycerol ester with one or two molecules of edible fatty acids and one or two molecules of citric acid with stirring 700 rev/s, then adding fluorobenzene, obtained suspension of nanocapsules is filtered and dried at room temperature, wherein molar ratio of core:shell in nanocapsules is 1:3, or 1:2, or 1:1.
EFFECT: technical result is simple process of producing nanocapsules, high output of weight.
