Through the use of co-cultivation of callus tissue of medicinal plants and callus tissue of carrots in one Petri dish on a nutrient medium Murashiga and Skoog containing 1 mg/l dichlorophenoxyacetic acid in combination with 0.5 mg/l 6-benzylaminopurine, under the same growing conditions at a temperature of 23°C, 16-hour photoperiod, illumination with white fluorescent lamps with an intensity of 3.5 thousand lux.
EFFECT: invention allows mass production of regenerative plants from the callus tissue of medicinal plants.
