FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for prediction of cirrhosis outcome in cirrhosis of liver in patients. That is ensured by ultrasonography of the liver with Doppler sonography, cirrhosis nodes are detected. Additionally, magnetic resonance tomography of the liver is performed in the mode of proton spins marking with magnetic field in arterial blood molecules (ASL - perfusion). Volumetric blood flow maps are obtained in the cirrhosis unit (NBF) in ml/100 g/min, volume hepatic blood flow (HBF) in ml/100 g/min. A prediction coefficient is calculated ΔM=MNBF/MHBF, where MNBF is the volume blood flow coefficient in the cirrhosis unit, MHBF is the hepatic blood flow coefficient. With ΔΜ>1 conclude unfavorable prognosis, i.e. outcome of cirrhosis in cirrhosis. With ΔΜ≤1 makes a favorable prediction conclusion, i.e. there is no outcome in cirrhosis.
EFFECT: invention provides non-invasive prediction of the outcome of cirrhosis in cirrhosis of liver in patients.
