FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, to radiation diagnostics, can be used to predict hemostasis disorders in patients with diffuse liver diseases. Magnetic resonance imaging of the liver is carried out in the mode of marking proton spins by a magnetic field in arterial blood water molecules (ASL-perfusion) with an assessment of volumetric blood flow in the liver HBF, ml/100 g/min, and ASL-perfusion maps. If the HBF is from 123.0 to 127.2 ml/100 g/min, the ASL perfusion map is red, then a conclusion is made about a hemostasis disorder in the direction of hypocoagulation. If the HBF is from 97.9 to 102.7 ml/100 g/min, the ASL perfusion map is red, then a conclusion is made about a violation of hemostasis in the direction of hypercoagulability. If HBF is from 97.9 to 127.2 ml/100 g/min, green and/or blue type ASL perfusion map, then it is concluded that there are no hemostasis disorders.
EFFECT: method provides non-invasive prediction of hemostasis disorders in patients with diffuse liver diseases by assessing volumetric blood flow in the liver of HBF and ASL perfusion maps according to liver ASL perfusion.
