FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, to radiation diagnostics, and can be used for assessing the clinical effectiveness of diffuse liver diseases. Performing T2 (transverse relaxation time), T1 (longitudinal relaxation time), suspended images (SI) of liver and spleen in magnetic resonance imaging. Further, performing the arterial spinal labeling (ASL-perfusion) examination, with obtaining volumetric hepatic blood flow (HBF) and volumetric splenic blood flow (SBF) maps, and calculating a treatment efficiency coefficient ΔK=KHBF/KSBF, where KHBF is a coefficient of volume hepatic blood flow, KSBF is a coefficient of volume splenic blood flow. If ΔK≥1, it testifies to efficiency of treatment. If ΔK<1 - ineffective treatment.
EFFECT: method provides a non-invasive assessment of the effectiveness of treating diffuse liver diseases by determining an efficiency factor.
