FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. A scleroviral disk is placed in an artificial anterior chamber, de-epithelialization is performed, and a soft contact lens of uniform thickness is placed on the cornea. Using optical coherence tomography, the depth of the planned femtodissection is corrected in accordance with the thickness of the Bowman layer. Using a femtosecond laser, the transplant is cut out and its stromal surface is leveled by ablation with the help of an excimer laser. For transplant cutting, use of Ziemer FEMTO LDV Z8 laser system and 170 mcm soft contact lens is preferable.
EFFECT: method provides producing Bowman layer with smooth stromal surface without stromal tissue excess, uniform thickness and minimum probability of donor material rejection.
