Corneoscleral disc is cut out and placed in an artificial anterior chamber under hypotension. Carry out marking in the center and circularly along the border of the cornea. Incision of the cornea is carried out with a diamond knife with a micrometer, exfoliate the Bowman membrane from the stroma with tweezers. After separation from the stroma Bowman's membrane is placed epithelial side on the inner surface of a soft contact lens, straighten, press the convex surface of the second soft contact lens and place the membrane between the lenses in a container with a preservative solution or with silica gel for later storage. Incision is made using a micrometric diamond knife, on the scale of which it is set predominantly 20 mcm below the zero mark.
