FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used for the surgical treatment of granular degeneration and corneal degeneration. To do this, patients undergo replacement of the damaged stroma with a donor stroma graft without Descemet's membrane and Bowman's layer. First, the predescemet layer is excised through the limbal incision and the sclerocorneal tunnel. Using a femtosecond laser, an intrastromal flap is formed. Remove it with microtweezers through the sclerocorneal tunnel. Then a stromal graft is implanted into the formed bed.
EFFECT: invention provides reduction of traumatism of intervention and risk of postoperative complications due to combined manual-laser technique of intervention without suturing, in a closed way, with preservation of own endothelium, without damage to the anterior and posterior surfaces of the cornea.
