FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Disclosed is an acoustic shock-wave impact device comprising an ultrasonic generator consisting of a power rectifier, a filter and a high-frequency inverter with an output transformer, and a piezoceramic radiator with a waveguide tool. Device additionally comprises pulse generator with independent adjustment of pulse and pause duration, AC switch, optron transistor, high-frequency rectifier and additional winding of output transformer. Main winding of output transformer, piezoceramic radiator and AC switch are connected in series, control input of AC switch via optocoupler is connected to output of high-frequency rectifier, which input is connected to the additional winding of the output transformer, and the optocoupler transistor LED is connected to the pulse generator output with independent adjustment of pulse duration and pause.
EFFECT: thus, proposed acoustic shock-wave exposure device provides higher effectiveness of microcirculation processes for therapeutic effect on organic tissues.
