FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention represents a method for producing an autologous thrombocyte lysate as a base for cell biomedical preparations of veterinary medicine, wherein the cell biomedical preparations are based on thrombocyte lysate and blood plasma derived from autologous blood for stromal cells cultivation when using a cell preparation in veterinary medicine. Thrombocyte lysate used in the declared invention is obtained from autologous blood, which is centrifuged, plasma rich in thrombocytes is taken.
EFFECT: disclosed method is used to dilute a cell preparation, thereby improving its quality, stimulating activation of cell regenerative properties, maximally preserving viability of the cell component.
