FIELD: radio engineering and communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a user terminal, a radio base station and a radio communication method in a communication system. User terminal comprises: a receiving module configured to receive a synchronization signal and a broadcast channel; control module, made with possibility to assume for broadcasting channel of system of numerical ratios same as system of numerical relations for synchronization signal, in case of support of multiple systems of numerical relations, wherein the control module is configured to identify a system of numerical relationships for a signal different from the synchronization signal and the broadcast channel, based on information on the system of numerical ratios communicated via a broadcast channel.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to implement good quality communication in the next generation communication system.
