SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technical field of automobile internet. Communication control method used in the first communication node includes: sending information in the form of instructions to the second communication node when establishing a data transmission channel for user equipment (UE); wherein information in the form of instructions is used to enable or disable control of the second communication node by the UE data duplication function; after sending information in the form of instructions to the second node, the method further includes sending activating or deactivating control information of the UE. Activating or deactivating control information includes information for indicating the UE to perform control in the form of activation or deactivation of the data duplication function in accordance with the control information sent by the second node or the first node.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention consists in improvement of coordination of control information and efficiency of its processing between various nodes within the network structure.
