FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to building panels. Technical result is achieved by the fact that the coated building panel comprises a housing comprising a top surface opposite the lower surface, and a side surface extending between the upper surface and the lower surface; a surface coating on an upper surface, wherein the surface coating contains: an inorganic pigment; and an anionic polymer dispersant comprising a polymer backbone and attached side chains extending from the polymer backbone, wherein the anion groups are located at the end points of the attached side chains; wherein the surface coating contains a liquid carrier in an amount of less than about 1 wt % with respect to the total weight of the surface coating, technical result is achieved by the method of forming such a construction panel, and technical result is achieved by cover composition involved in the method of forming a building panel.
EFFECT: technical result is the creation of construction panels, comprising a decorative coating applied thereon, which does not create such manufacturing difficulties, and at the same time also meeting requirements for aesthetic properties, which are provided with decorative coating.
