FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, namely to downhole filters installed independently in perforation interval for cleaning of extracted product from mechanical impurities, and can be used for protection of downhole pumps from contamination with mechanical impurities and perplexing of bottomhole and well perforation interval. According to method in interval or perforation intervals opposite to one and more productive formations layout with filter or filters is installed to clean the produced product from mechanical impurities and packers or sealing cuffs at the top and bottom of each filter. Filter is equipped with safety valve, operation of which is provided when filter is filled with proppant and mechanical impurities from pressure drop inside and outside the filter. Formation fluid is passed to intake of downhole pump past filter by channel in safety valve opening from pressure drop. Further, centrifugal or other type bottom-hole pump is lowered into the well and work is carried out for recovery of formation fluid as per standard technology. Autonomous filters, as well as packers or sealing cups are made of easily drilled materials soluble in acids and / or alkalis, for example aluminum or aluminum alloys. If it is impossible to remove the layout from for replacement of filters or face washing, autonomous filter or filters, packers or sealing cups are drilled out. In case of complications with drilling, acid or alkali is pumped to the well depending on the selected material of autonomous filter and packers or sealing cups. In both cases, proppant, mechanical admixtures, remains of drilled out parts of the assembly, chemical reaction derivatives are placed into the sump of the well, from which they are removed by standard technology.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of operation of oil and gas wells equipped with deep-well pumps due to exclusion of well shut-off due to proppant precipitation of autonomous filter and mechanical impurities in perforation interval during operation and impossibility of its extraction.
