FIELD: hygiene.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to oral care. Oral care composition in form of mouth rinse contains (i) at least one tin ion source, wherein concentration of tin ions ranges from 0.01 to 0.10 wt% in terms of total weight of oral care composition in form of mouth rinse, (ii) at least one aliphatic di- or tricarboxylic acid in free or salt form, wherein at least one aliphatic di- or tricarboxylic acid is malic acid taken in amount of 0.12-0.25 wt% in terms of total weight of the oral care composition; (iii) from 0.06 to 0.33 wt% of aminofluoride in terms of the total weight of the oral care composition in the form of an mouth rinse. Also disclosed is a method for reducing levels of acid-forming bacteria and a method of stabilizing tin ions in an oral care composition in the form of an mouth rinse.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides stability of composition during storage.
