FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to molecular oncology, and can be used for high-grade gliomas diagnostics. That is ensured by analyzing the expression of micro-RNA in a plasma sample involving exogenous control in a plasma sample and recovery of total RNA, reverse transcription followed by amplification in real time. High-specific primers for hsa-miR-22-3p, hsa-miR-122-5p, hsa-miR-107, hsa-miR-324-5p, hsa-miR-155-5p, hsa-miR-21-5p, hsa-miR-330-3p, hsa-miR-146a-5p, cel-miR-39-5p.The obtained data are analyzed and coefficients of relative expression are calculated RE22: hsa-miR-22-3p, RE122: hsa-miR-122-5p, RE107: hsa-miR-107, RE324: hsa-miR-324-5p, RE155: hsa-miR-155-5p, RE21: hsa-miR-21-5p, RE330: hsa-miR-330-3p, RE146a: hsa-miR-146a-5p using reference control cel-miR-39 by formula: RE(miR)=log2 2-(CtmiR-Ct39), where Ct is the cycle number obtained as a result of semi-quantitative RT-PCR, miR- is one of the analyzed micro-RNAs, 39 is cel-miR-39-5p. With values RE22> - 3, RE122> - 3.35, RE107> - 4.5, RE324> - 7.5, RE155> - 9.5, RE21> - 1.5, RE330> - 8.5, RE146a> - 8.5, high-grade glial tumor is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method enables diagnosing glioma of high degree of malignancy without surgical intervention in a short period of time.
