FIELD: pharmaceuticals.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to compounds of general formula (IA) or their pharmaceutically acceptable stereoisomers, which have anti-inflammatory properties. In formula (IA), R1A and R2A are independently of each other H, provided that R1A and R2A both are not a hydrogen atom, a butyl group, C7-C30 alkyl group, a butyl or C7-C24 alkyl group which is covalently bonded to C6-C18 aryl group, or C6-C18 aryl group, covalently bound to butyl or C7-C24 alkyl group, or C7-C18 aryl group; Q1, Q3, Q4 and Q5 represent, independently of each other, an OH group or a caffeoyl group of formula (VI), provided that at least one of these radicals is not an OH group, and provided that compounds in which either Q3 or Q5 is a caffeoyl group, and Q1, Q4 and the other of Q3 or Q5 represent an OH group, are excluded. Invention also relates to a method for production thereof, to compounds obtained using said method, use of compounds of general formula (IA) for preventing and/or treating an inflammation or inflammatory disease, pharmaceutical composition for use in treating and/or preventing inflammation, particularly skin inflammation, or for stimulating healing, as well as to a cosmetic composition for use in treating and/or preventing skin aging, to obtain a soothing effect on skin and to stimulate regeneration of skin tissues, which contain compounds of general formula (IA).

EFFECT: disclosed are amide derivatives of polycaffeoylquinic acids, a method for production thereof and use thereof.
