SUBSTANCE: method of processing a liquid fraction of mammalian wastes involves the following operations: (a) obtaining a liquid fraction of mammalian wastes, wherein said fraction contains more than 85 % of initial content of nitrogen in urea; (b) settling said fraction to form supernatant and sediment; (c) supplying the supernatant to the evaporation unit and (d) exposing the supernatant to an evaporation operation conducted at a pressure below atmospheric pressure. Method of storing nitrogen in mammal wastes. A method for inhibiting urease in a liquid fraction of mammalian waste material. Method of producing a liquid containing more than 85 % of initial content of nitrogen in urea. Method of nitrogen preservation in material of wastes of mammals.

EFFECT: inventions enable to prevent decomposition (biodegradation) of urea.
