SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication means. The method includes: determination of a number of a system frame of a radio system frame, in which the first broadcasting channel (hereinafter – PBCH) to be sent is located, wherein the first PBCH is included in the first SS package set of a synchronization signal (hereinafter – SS) package set, and a period of the first SS package set is one of a set of periods; processing of the first system information block (hereinafter – MIB) by the first processing method to obtain the first transport block, wherein the first processing block is used for the indication of some bits of the number of the system frame of the radio system frame, in which the first PBCH is located, and the first MIB includes remaining bits different from some bits of the number of the system frame of the radio system frame, in which the first PBCH is located; and sending, using the first PBCH, of the first transport block in the radio system frame, in which the first PBCH is located.

EFFECT: possibility of SFN transmission in different periods of SS package set installed using PBCH.
