FIELD: ore processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to raw materials into a blast furnace loading method, comprising a bell-less charging device with a plurality of main bins and an auxiliary bin in the upper part of the furnace to form a layer of a mixture of fine coke and ore in the furnace, activating the ore reduction reaction while preventing a decrease in the size of coke particles in the toterman. Supplementary bin has a smaller capacity than main bins. Method includes unloading ore loaded into at least one of a plurality of main bins, sequential loading of ore from the side of the center of the furnace towards the side of the furnace wall using a rotating tray. After the start of ore loading from the rotating tray, only ore is loaded, at least until the loading is performed, which is 15 mas.% of the ore based on the total amount of ore loaded in one batch, at a given point in time, the unloading of fine coke, loaded into the auxiliary a hopper, and then fine coke is charged along with the ore from the rotating tray for a predetermined period of time.
EFFECT: ore processing improvement, in particular raw materials into a blast furnace loading method enhancement.
