FIELD: ferrous metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of ferrous metallurgy, in particular to blast furnace production. The screening and dosing of charge materials are carried out, the formation of portions of working feeds, consisting of sequentially loaded working coke and working iron ore portions, and washing feeds, consisting of sequentially loaded washing coke portions and washing iron ore portions, their delivery to the top, unloading and distribution of portions of workers and washing feeds on the top and loading into the blast furnace. At the same time, 50-100% of the mass of the coke and iron ore portions of the working feed, which precedes the washing feed in the loading cycle, is unloaded into annular zones located at a distance of 0.82-1.0 of the top radius from the furnace axis, and 90-100% of the weight of the iron ore portion washing feed is unloaded into the intermediate and axial annular zones of the top, located at a distance of up to 0.82 of the top radius from the furnace axis.
EFFECT: prevention of ingress of the washing mixture into the near-wall zone of the blast furnace, increasing the stability of the shaft, shoulders and air tuyeres, stabilizing the thermal state of the near-wall zone and the conditions of ledge formation, increasing the productivity of the blast furnace by stabilizing the melting process.
