SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. System for collection of a leaking fluid medium comprises a base plate having an adhesive coating forming a substrate having a hole located approximately at the center, and an annular radially extending substrate connector connected to the substrate and disposed around the opening. Mounting device comprises a device for removing leaks, which has a fluid medium removal device connector configured to be releasably connected to the substrate connector. Device connector for removing leaking fluid medium comprises first housing element and second housing element received by first housing element. First element of the body includes a receiving channel for the rim of the membrane, located in circumferential direction around the first element of the body. First and second housing elements, when connected, form a volume of space for the membrane. Membrane has membrane rim, which is received by receiving channel for membrane and is arranged between first and second elements of housing, when they are connected. Membrane has an opening for receiving a surgical drain tube from the front or rear side of the membrane. Diaphragm is made with possibility of radial, axial and / or rotary movement inside volume of space for membrane to facilitate lateral tension under load applied to membrane at displacement of surgical drainage tube. Device for collection of leaked fluid medium has outer film and inner film. Outer film is connected to the upper part of the first element of the body, and the inner film is connected to the lower part of the first element of the body thus providing connection of the internal part of the device for collection of the leaked fluid medium to the connector of the device for removal of fluid medium. Connecting the fluid fluid device connector to the substrate connector forms a fluid flow chamber therebetween so as to allow leakage of fluid to flow from the section through the fluid flow chamber into a device for collecting leaks. Disclosed is an alternative version of a system for collecting a leaked fluid.

EFFECT: technical result consists in minimizing seepage and eliminating the problem of frequent dressing change.
