SUBSTANCE: wound bandage contains a flexible perforated layer contacting with the wound, a gas-impermeable covering layer, which has a hole, and an absorbing input element, hermetically fixed to the covering layer on the perimeter of the said hole and containing a connector for the connection of the absorbing input element with the source of a negative pressure; a sealing surface for the hermetic fixation of the absorbing input element on the covering layer; and a gas-permeable, but liquid-impermeable filter, preventing the penetration of liquid into the connector.

EFFECT: claimed are a method and the wound bandage for the application of a negative pressure in the wound zone.
