FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods used in the mining industry for enriching diamond-bearing kimberlitic rocks in order to produce recycled water which is free of the suspension of clay materials, primarily saponite, by condensing a suspension. Proposed is a method for depositing a saponite pulp involving extracting saponite-containing substances from the recycled water by holding the suspension using a mineral inorganic coagulant, in the form of which alkali metal sulfuric acid salts are used. A pulp with a content of at least 120 g/L of suspended substances is diluted to a content of suspended substances of between 5 and 60 g/L, then a sulfuric acid salt of alkali metals is introduced during continuous stirring, and then a silicate calcium weighting material is introduced into the pre-clarifies pulp in a form of belite and continuously stirred, then re-deposited, the top layer of the clarified water is used in the process of enrichment, and the sediment is disposed of or stored.
EFFECT: technical result consists in accelerating the process of sedimentation of the saponite pulp and producing clarified water for the ore enrichment process.
