FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to veterinary science, immunology, and can be used for testing of immunological tolerance in animals. In order to evaluate immunological areactivity at early age, manufacturers are immunized with their same seeds. Interval between 1st and 2nd injections is 5 days, between 2nd and 3rd - 7 days. 10 days after the last injection, blood is taken from the manufacturer, from which the immune specific serum is prepared. Then one performs agglutination reaction of seed with specific immune serum in dilution 1:50–1:500, and degree of similarity of blood and sematic somatic cell proteins test the degree of tolerant state of immune system.

EFFECT: method enables improving the reliability of laboratory examination (non-invasive prenatal screening of isoimmunization effects in offspring) by detecting the state of the agglutination reaction between the obtained blood progeny and the producer's biological seed, which enables to form a group of animals with a high risk of developing immunological tolerance.
