FIELD: veterinary immunology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary immunology, which can be used in clinical practice for the diagnosis of isoimmunization in animals, in particular to a method for assessing isoimmunization effects in the biological system "mother-fetus-newborn". The present invention relates to a method for determining the degree of immunological tolerance in animals and includes: a blood test, where a biological test is performed, which is an erythrohemolysis reaction to determine the percentage of lysed erythrocytes of a maternal animal under the influence of the blood serum of a newborn animal. Next, the percentage of lysed erythrocytes is calculated according to the formula with the determination of the index of allergic alteration of erythrocytes (IAE). With an increase in the erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) in relation to the ESR in the control group and hemolysis, more than 20% of the studied newborn animals are referred to a group with increased immunological tolerance among a homogeneous sample.

EFFECT: invention improves the reliability of laboratory research (non-invasive prenatal screening) and allows the formation of a group of animals with a high risk of developing immunological tolerance.
