FIELD: veterinary science.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary science and a method for determining immunological reactivity of animals, comprising a blood test, wherein an additional biological test is carried out, which is a biological activity of erythrocytes in the NCT test, where erythrocyte incubation is performed in 80% Hanks solution with a time interval of 30 minutes to 3 hours; indicators of erythrocyte sorption capacity are established by degree of NBT test inhibition by neutrophils, and by indicators of their sorption capacity - more than 40%, animals are referred to individuals with reduced immunological reactivity.
EFFECT: invention provides faster, simpler and more accurate determination of immunological reactivity of individuals.
