SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to veterinary medicine and immunology, and concerns the determination of immunological tolerance in animals. To do this, in the early postnatal period, the blood serum of a newborn animal is mixed in a ratio of 1:1 with the studied sperm of the male producer, whose sperm motility is previously evaluated using a 10-point scale. With a decrease in sperm activity by 1 point relative to the control, newborn animals correspond to the first degree of areactivity, by 2 points to the second degree, by 3 points to the third degree, and so on by 5 degrees. The 5th degree of areactivity in the offspring is very severe with a likely fatal outcome.

EFFECT: invention provides an opportunity to assess the degree of reactivity in newborn animals with further detection of various diseases in them.
