FIELD: poultry farming.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of chicken breeding for the production of eggs. The nest for laying hens is made with a slot in the middle for the passage of eggs. The bottom of the nest body with a hole where the trough with food is located, is lined with a removable bedding made of rubberized fabric with a thickness of 10-20 mm. An egg evacuator is located at an angle under the nest body, consisting of a body and coaxially arranged springs and a damper. On the bottom side of the body there is a groove for the passage of eggs into the storage, made in one piece with the body of the evacuator.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the annual collection of eggs from one hen by reducing the loss of already laid eggs from damage by the hen itself, as well as eliminating egg spoilage in the cool season when they are in the nest for a long time.
