SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of producing a capsular form of an antimicrobial agent for treating gastrointestinal disorders, characterized by the fact that the bacteria recovered from sapropel are cultured on an agarized nutrient medium of the composition (g/l): peptic digest of animal tissue - 6.0, casein hydrolyzate - 4.0, yeast extract - 3.0, meat extract - 1.5, glucose - 1.0, agar-agar - 15.0, at temperature 37 °C to achieve a bacteria concentration of 2.0⋅10⁶ CFU/ml, separation of biomass from nutrient medium by centrifugation, sublimation drying of supernatant and subsequent encapsulation of obtained dry residue into shell based on plant polysaccharides, wherein centrifugation is performed at 3900 rpm for 20 minutes, sublimation drying of supernatant - at vacuum 0.05 mbar and temperature -20 °C, and capsule used contains carrageenan, agar-agar, glycerine and water.

EFFECT: present invention provides developing a new method of producing a capsulated form of an antimicrobial preparation based on bacteria biomass isolated from sapropel for treating gastrointestinal diseases of a microbiological nature.
