FIELD: rubber industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the rubber industry, in particular to a rubber compound based on fluorine rubber, and can be used for the manufacture of rings, gaskets and other sealing parts operating in corrosive environments at elevated temperatures. Vulcanizable rubber mixture contains, in parts: fluorine rubber SKF-26-100, curing agent bifurgin-5, vulcanization activator-magnesium oxide-12, filler-carbon black P-803-15 and the magnesium lactam-containing composition – 4–5. Preliminarily, the magnesium lactam-containing composition is prepared, by weight: from magnesium oxide – 4–6, dispersed in melt ε-caprolactam – 30–34, and trimethylolpropane – 61–65 at temperature of 18–25 °C for 6–7 hours.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce the viscosity of the rubber compound and improve the physical-mechanical properties of the vulcanizates.
