SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for enrichment of a heterologous protein of interest in a plant or part of a plant. Method comprises preliminary treatment of a plant or part of a plant by a jasmonate signaling activator, introduction of a nucleotide sequence into a plant or part of a plant and incubation of a plant or part of a plant under conditions capable of providing expression of a nucleotide sequence, coding heterologous protein of interest.
EFFECT: invention enables effective enrichment of a heterologous protein of interest in a plant or part of a plant.
