SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, specifically to culturing cell cultures of medicinal plants. The culture medium for culturing Artemisia annua L tylosis cell culture contains the following in mg/l: KNO3 - 1900, NH4NO3 - 1650, CaCl2·6H2O - 332, MgSO4·7H2O - 370, KH2PO4 - 170, FeSO4·7H2O - 27.85, Na2EDTA - 37.25, H3BO3 - 6.2, MnSO4·5H2O - 24.1, ZnSO4·7H2O - 8.6, Na2MoO4 - 0.25, KI - 0.83, CuSO4·5H2O - 0.025, CoCl2·6H2O - 0.025, pyridoxine - 1.0, thiamine chloride - 1.0, nicotinamide - 1.0, 6-benzylaminopurine - 0.2, naphthyl acetic acid - 0.5-1.0, saccharose - 30000, agar - 9000 and water - up to 1l.
EFFECT: faster growth of tylosis cells, increased biomass output and wider range of culture media for culturing Artemisia annua L tylosis cell culture.
