FIELD: electrical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in sensors for conversion of mechanical displacement or force into electric signal, as well as for conversion of electric voltage to mechanical movement or force in piezoceramic transducers, piezoceramic actuators and piezodrives. Device comprises piezoelectric elements connected by electroconductive substance by means of adhesion and/or diffusion. Electroconductive substance forms alternating positive and negative internal electrodes, the device contains positive and negative external electrodes. In side surface there are grooves corresponding to each internal electrode. Insertion of electroconductive material is introduced into each groove. In area between conducting and internal walls of groove there is electroconductive glue. Each internal electrode is electrically connected to electroconductive glue located in the groove corresponding to this internal electrode. All wiring from grooves is parallel connected to external electrode of corresponding polarity.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability, increase in time of failure-free operation and number of cycles of operation before destruction.
