FIELD: water supply.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the control system for hydraulic power drive of bench equipment, it can be used to equip pumping stations used to operate in hydraulic systems with constant pressure. A pumping station control device contains pumping station (1), pump (2), in pressure line (11) of which pressure filter (12) and check valve (13) are installed, as well as pressure sensor (1), pressure gauge (16), regulator (25), valve (14), and drain line (21). Pump (2) is equipped with suction branch pipe (3) connected to hydraulic tank (4) and also connected to electric engine (5). Temperature sensor (6) and liquid level sensor (8) are installed inside tank (4). Pressure line (11) is connected to consumer stands (17) and pressure filter (12) and check valve (13) are installed in series in it, in addition, pressure valve (14), pressure sensor (15) and control pressure gauge (16) are connected to it in parallel. The working liquid is drained through pressure valve (14) into drain line (21) through flow meter (24), and the electronic signal from it goes to regulator (25), which generates a control signal for frequency converter (26), which, in turn, sets the speed of rotation of electric engine (5), allowing one to maintain a given flow rate from valve (14) in drain line (21).
EFFECT: possibility of accurate maintenance the load, reduction of energy costs and optimization of the purchasing pumping equipment cost are achieved.
