FIELD: test equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a test equipment, in particular, to nozzle testing stands for spraying high-pressure water during fire extinguishing, and can be used to determine rate of water flow through the nozzle. Stand includes an electric motor, a pump, a device for fixing the nozzle, connected by a discharge line to the pump, a water tank connected by a suction line to the pump, frequency converter whose input is connected to the output of the regulator, a receiving funnel connected by a drain line to the water tank. In the discharge line there is a back-flow valve, two pressure gauges, between which there is a control valve, a pressure sensor. Output of the pressure sensor is connected to the input of the frequency converter, and the output of the latter is connected to the electric motor. Between the frequency converter and the pressure sensor there is a mode switch. Discharge line is connected to the water tank by a bypass line, in which a relief valve is installed, the control line of which is connected to the discharge line between the back-flow and control valves. In the suction line there is a flow-meter connected to the flow indicator.

EFFECT: ensuring the accuracy of measuring the water flow through the nozzle, the possibility of replacing the nozzle while the pump is running, maintaining the constant preset pressure during testing the nozzle, reliable operation due to the ability to function in manual or automatic modes.
