SUBSTANCE: invention relates to indicating information on frequency domain CORESET for RMSI. To this end, the following actions are provided, according to which: add indication information to a physical broadcast channel (PBCH) of the synchronous broadcast unit (SSB), wherein the guidance information comprises first indication information, wherein the first indication information is used to indicate the CORESET for the RMSI corresponding to the SSB, and whether the SSB is time division multiplexed or time-division multiplexed; beam scanning is used to transmit SSB carrying indication information and CORESET for RMSI to user equipment (UE). Embodiments of the present invention enable to use the minimum number of bits to indicate information on the CORESET frequency domain for RMSI.

EFFECT: technical result is achieving indication of information on frequency domain CORESET for RMSI using minimum number of bits.
