FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and namely to urology and neurogenic bladder treatment. The invention presupposes that one should obtain autoplasma by centrifuging a patient's blood, which contains sodium citrate as a preservative, for 10 minutes at 3000 rpm. One should inject autoplasma into the bladder wall using a cystoscope and a needle for endoscopic injections to a depth of 3 mm at 15-20 points. One should inject 1 ml into each injection point. The procedure is repeated three times with an interval of 1 month.
EFFECT: invention restores the function of the detrusor of the bladder, improves storage and contractility of the bladder due to the growth factors of platelets contained in autoplasma.
