FIELD: molding.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite molding tools and may be used for manufacture of constructions of polymer composites. The technical result is achieved by composite molding tools comprised of no less than 2 casings with formlining identical to the profile of molded product. The casings on the part of thickness of the linked side parts have even lowerings in form of identical in profile bevels made from the side of the formlining intended for overlapping installation of the casings and providing a possibility of their relative movement within the value of reduction of the profile of the product due to shrinkage of the polymer matrix of the composite product material subjected to temperature and pressure during hardening. At the linked side parts of the casings reduction of thickness of one casing is made toward the formlining to the minimal possible thickness of the edge of the casing, and of the other - from the formlining. The surfaces of linked casings outside of the thickness reduction profile are parallel and intended for limiting the movement of the casings within the limit necessary and sufficient for compensation of the reduction of the product profile due to thermal shrinkage of the polymer matrix of the composite product material.

EFFECT: increased quality and accuracy of molded surface of the polymer composite product.
