FIELD: electrical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: according to the battery discharge energy recovery method, during the control-training cycles, charged batteries energy is used to charge discharged batteries by switching a group of charged accumulator batteries from a charging battery charging device which is loaded on batteries to be charged, to group of in-series charged batteries by means of mechanical switch.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of time required for carrying out of control-training cycles, and saving of electric energy.
