METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING ENDOMETRIAL RECEPTOR PROFILE IN ABORTION MATERIAL OF EARLY PREGNANCY Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC G01N33/48

Abstract RU 2744025 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to pathologic anatomy. Method for diagnosing endometrial receptor profile of abortion material of early pregnancy is that performing immunohistochemical examination of tissue samples of the gravidary endometrium using the antibodies to ER estrogenes respectively - clone 1D5, dilution 1:40 and progesterone PR - clone PgR 636, dilution 1:50, with demasking by high-temperature treatment of endometrial tissue sample and if observing non-uniform distribution of expression and values of estrogen expression in endometrial glands and stroma in compact and spongious layers of less than 100 H-Score points to 0 points, expression of progesterone receptors in endometrial glands in compact and spongious layers 0 points H-Score and expression values of progesterone receptors in stroma of compact and spongious layers from 250 to 100 points of H-Score, normal hormonal condition of the gravidary endometrium corresponding to reference values is diagnosed; in other cases, the hormonal pathology of the gravidary endometrium is diagnosed.

EFFECT: invention provides diagnosing state of the receptor profile of the gravidary endometrium of the I trimester of pregnancy, which will help to reduce reproductive losses of early pregnancy.
