FIELD: biochemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cultivation of cell models. Disclosed is device for micro fluid system valves pneumatic control. Device includes high and low pressure lines, compressed gas feed line, units of pneumatic distributors. Each block has two inputs, where one is connected to output of high pressure line, and other is to low pressure line outlet. Control output of each air control valve units can be connected to input of micro fluid system for supply of high or low pressure through maximum working medium flow rate limiter. Each of lines of high and low pressures include receiver, pressure sensor, two-stage pilot release control of high or low pressure, wherein pressure regulators provide pressure setting in range from 5 to 50 kPa and from -50 to -5 kPa and have reaction time on change of working medium flow rate of up to 50 ms. Receiver is selected based on condition of providing pressure drop of not more than 15 % with simultaneous switching of not more than 1/3 of all pneumatic distributors units.

EFFECT: invention provides more stable characteristics of pneumatic signals and improvement of morpho-functional status of cultivated cell models.
