FIELD: microwave electronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of microwave electronics, namely to microwave signal control devices, and can be used in switching units of microwave equipment, in particular in control and measuring equipment. In the disclosed invention, the low-frequency LF channel includes a matching circuit in its path, which together with the lower plate of the coupling capacitor determines its pass band. Range of operating frequencies of the high-frequency HF channel is determined by a short-circuited quarter-wave stub represented in the form of an upper plate of a capacitor and tuned to the central frequency of the channel. Loop is grounded through open diodes. Both arms are separated by direct current through the topological capacitor, where the control current flows through the diodes through its upper plate, without falling on the ports of the LF channel. This implementation makes it possible not to use isolation capacitors on ports. Short-circuited quarter-wave loop (top plate) provides isolation between ports in HF channel operation mode.
EFFECT: wider operating frequency range in the low-frequency channel to values corresponding to direct current.
