FIELD: pipe cleaning.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to methods for cleaning pipes from technological lubricants and contaminants during their production and operation in various industries. An ultrasonic action on the pipe to be cleaned, one end of which is fixed with a clamp, is produced in a contactless way using focusing ultrasonic emitters through a liquid medium. The inner surface of the pipe is washed with a slight flow of cleaning solution. The distance from the ultrasonic transducers to the surface of the pipe being cleaned ensures effective transmission of vibrations due to the focusing of the ultrasonic field using a transducer with a focusing surface. The device contains a working container, on one wall of which there are stationary focusing ultrasonic emitters, and on the other side there is a movable unit with focusing ultrasonic emitters, which is attached to the cart with the ability to move at variable speed along the guides in the longitudinal direction. Ultrasonic emitters form an ultrasonic field with an effective frequency of 22 kHz throughout the entire volume of the working vessel.

EFFECT: efficient removal of technological contaminants from the inner and outer surfaces of the pipe, eliminating labor-intensive operations.
